    Choose a testing package

    Purchase a package in the app. An order is created once the transaction has been verified.

  2. 02

    Receive tester emails

    Operations assigns available device and tester-account pairs to your order.

  3. 03

    Submit the closed-testing link

    Add the provided emails to your closed-test list, then submit the package name and opt-in link for review.

  4. 04

    Track all 14 days

    Installations and daily check-ins are recorded. A shortfall in valid testers is flagged for action.

  5. 05

    Feedback and acceptance

    Testing feedback is logged by severity. At the end of the cycle, you receive a consolidated report in the app.

Does 12 Tester publish my app to Google Play?

No. Developers continue to manage their app and Play Console. The service supports the closed-testing workflow and provides operational records within the purchased order.

What information do I need to provide?

After receiving the tester-email list, add it to your closed test, then submit the package name, testing opt-in link, and Play Store link in the app.

What happens if a device has a problem?

Operations can flag the device for maintenance and replace it with another device and tester-account pair while preserving the replacement history.

Does 12 Tester guarantee Google Play approval?

No service can guarantee Google Play's review decision. 12 Tester provides workflow and operational evidence; developers remain responsible for full policy compliance.
