1. Data we process
We may process your account email, verification status, order information, package name, testing links, testing instructions, feedback, support requests, and activity history associated with an order.
When payment is made through an app store, 12 Tester receives only the transaction information needed to verify access, such as the transaction ID, product, platform, and status. We do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
2. How we use data
- Create and operate testing orders.
- Provide tester lists to the correct customer.
- Track installations, check-ins, 14-day progress, and reports.
- Respond to support requests, diagnose failures, and protect the service.
- Comply with valid legal requirements where applicable.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers, app stores, or notification services only to the extent required to operate the service. Tester information is provided within an order so the customer can configure closed testing.
4. Storage and security
12 Tester uses role-based permissions, encryption for sensitive fields, HTTPS, activity logs, and operational backups. No system is perfectly secure, so we continually limit the data collected and the access granted.
5. Retention
Data is retained for as long as required to provide the service, resolve disputes, preserve report integrity, and meet legal obligations. Temporary files or data that is no longer required may be deleted sooner.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data where permitted by law. Some transaction, security, and acceptance records may need to be retained to prevent fraud or meet legal obligations.
7. Children
The service is intended for developers and is not designed for independent use by children. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
8. Contact
To submit a privacy request, use Support in the 12 Tester app. Request information is used only to verify and address your issue.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change. The latest revision date is always shown at the top of this page.
