1. Service scope
12 Tester provides tools to manage orders, distribute tester-account lists, track device status, record testing feedback, and deliver reports for Android closed-testing workflows. We do not represent Google, Apple, or the app developer.
2. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate app information, package name, and testing links.
- Submit only content that you are authorized to publish and test.
- Do not request fraudulent activity, fake reviews, or conduct that violates store policies.
- Protect login credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
3. Payments
When officially released, service packages in the app are paid for through the applicable app store. Price, tax, refunds, and payment methods may vary by platform and region. Do not make direct transfers outside the payment process shown in the app.
4. No guarantee of store approval
12 Tester does not guarantee that your app will be released or approved. The final decision belongs to Google Play or the relevant platform. Developers are responsible for app quality, declarations, content, and policy compliance.
5. Suspension or refusal
We may suspend an order or account when we detect fraud, harmful content, illegal conduct, platform-policy violations, or activity that threatens tester devices or accounts.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, 12 Tester is not responsible for platform review decisions, third-party interruptions, defects in a customer's app, or indirect loss outside the purchased service scope.
7. Service changes
Features, limits, and workflows may change to meet app-store policies or improve safety. Material changes will be announced in the app or on the website.
8. Contact and disputes
Submit a request through Support in the app and include the order number and issue description. Both parties should first attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith communication.
